Binding of artificial flower bouquets / arrangements of your choice

From your enquiry to the finished bouquet - here's how it works

1. Get in touch with our customer service team: either by email, phone or via our contact form-
2. Let us know the details of your bouquet (e.g. variety & number of flowers, size of the bouquet). If you would like a bouquet replica, you can also send us a picture as a template in this step.
3. We will try to bind the bouquet according to your wishes.
4. Before your bouquet is dispatched, we will first send you a photo of it - so you have the opportunity to tell us about any changes you would like to make.
5. As soon as you give us the okay, we will carefully pack the finished bouquet and send it to the specified delivery address.

Important information:

• When you purchase a bouquet, we charge a price for the work involved (for personal consultation, assembling the desired flowers, and cutting and binding). This varies depending on the effort involved.
• The price for your personalised artificial flower bouquet will be added to this.
• If the bouquet does not meet your expectations despite customisation, you can of course reject it. In this case you will not incur any costs.
