Then get in touch with us so that we can create a bouquet completely customised to your ideas and wishes.

From your enquiry to the finished bouquet – here’s how it works

Get in touch with our customer service team: either by email, phone or via our contact form, and let us know the details for your bouquet (e.g. types, colours and number of flowers, size of the bouquet, timeframe). If you’d like a replica bouquet, you’re welcome to send us a photo as a reference at this stage.
We’ll check the availability of the selected items and then let you know our pricing.
First, we’ll create a sample bouquet without trimming or removing any stems. This means changes can still be made at any time. The initial focus is on agreeing the choice of flowers and colour scheme.
We will send you a photo of the sample bouquet. You can then let us know if you’d like any changes.
Once everything has been finalised, your chosen bouquet will be arranged, trimmed and cut to size. You’ll also receive a photo of the final result.
Once you’ve given us the go-ahead, we’ll carefully pack your finished bouquet and send it to the delivery address provided. We hope you enjoy it!

Important information:

In addition to the material costs of your artificial bouquet, we also charge a fee for the individual labour involved – such as personal consultation and communication, selecting the desired flowers, searching for alternative items where necessary, trimming the flowers and arranging the bouquet. These costs vary depending on the time required.
