The right to return goods does not apply to distance contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or destination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving reasons.

The return period shall be thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier have taken or have taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent via by post, fax or e-mai) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample, which is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via our website. The relevant button is located at the bottom of every page. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), a confirmation of receipt containing information on the content of the notice of withdrawal, as well as the date and time of its receipt.

In order to comply with the return period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of assuming the right of return before the expiry of the return period.

Consequences of return

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than thirty days from the date on which we received notice of your cancellation of this contract for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction for such refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for such refund.

If the goods can be returned normally by post due to their nature, the following applies:

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event within thirty days of the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract at the latest. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the period of thirty days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

If the goods cannot be returned normally by post due to their nature, the following applies:

We will pick up the goods. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs are estimated at a maximum of about £110.00.

You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value leads to the necessity for checking their condition, properties and functionality due to unnecessary handling of the goods.
